Professional development of preschool teachers is not only for the needs of preschool education reform and development, but also for the common development of teachers and children. It is delimit that process of preschool teachers growing into a professional development by professional training and strict active learning consistently, including two levels: macroscopic and microcosmic. In the macroscopic level, the professional development of preschool teachers that is to clear the professional status of preschool teachers, at the same time to ensure their professional status by law. In the microscopic level, that is, preschool teachers improve their professional quality of the structure gradually, in the cycle-"learning-master-reflection-learning-master" developed professional quality continuously.The article discusses professional development of preschool teachers in "background- comparison of China and foreign-issues-solutions", from the comparative study of China and foreign leads to the following analysis. The main research method is the literature study, questionnaire and interview, narrative and case study. Mainly explained:Discussing the concepts of preschool teachers'professional development, analyzing the characteristics of preschool teachers'role, and the request of preschool teachers based on Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(for trial implementation),discussing the background and significance of the research; through the professional development of preschool teachers and training needs of the status quo of the questionnaire surveys and interviews, using case comparison of teachers from urban and rural kindergarten, the analysis of the professional development of teachers in early childhood education problems; Combining cases, from the macro analysis, normal analyze and micro analysis, to promote the professional development of teachers in early childhood education strategy.This study is just on the basis of previous studies, adding investigation and analysis of the reality. Data and case only showed situation of a region or a class of preschool teachers'professional development. The disadvantage is universality. In addition, it is still worth to study, stage of preschool teachers' professional development on the local and non-preschool education major teachers'professional development.
