In the modern world, with the development of science and technology, humanity has entered the information age. Information technology has been widely used and developed in all walks of life. Development of information technology is changing not only people's productive methods and lifestyle, but also the way people learn and think. Educational Informationization as an important part of Informationization should be caused widespread attention. Informationalized teaching equipment,resources and the Internet are constantly being introduced to school and classroom.All of these speed up the development of Educational Informationization. Teachers are professors who cultivate talents and engage in education and teaching. Educational Informationization not only affects their educational and teaching methods, but also influences ways and content of learning.Teachers in rural areas is an important part of teachers, so that to understanding the present situation of rural teachers' professional development under the Informationalized background and to grasping countermeasures that can solve problems are becoming more and more necessary.At first, this study used document analysis method to explain the related concepts and theoretical basis. Then, the writer investigated primary,junior and senior schools in Jinan, Linyi, Zibo, Dezhou of Shandong Province and Gaoping, Lingchuan, Yangcheng, Qinshui, Zezhou of Shanxi Province. Interviews with workers in local Education Bureau and questionnaires answered by rural teachers help this study grasp the present situation of rural teachers' professional development under the informationalized background. Organizing and counting all the obtained data,this study analyzes overall situation and difference situation of hardware and software equipment in rural schools, related policies and attitude,teachers' professionalism under the informationalized background, ways, content, effects of rural teachers' professional development under the informationalized background.Summarizing the existing problems and analyzing the reasons, this study put forwards measures to solve these problems with the actual situation.In this study, there are seven sections.The first section explains the reasons and significance of this study, summarizes the related current situation of this research and describes objectives, contents, ideas and methods of it.The second section describes the concept of teacther's professional quality, teacther's professional development, educational informationization and teacther's professional development under the background of the current information..And then this part analyzes the theory of teachers' professional development and education information and summarizes the revelation of the study by two theories.The third section describes the design and implementation of investigative of rural teachers' professional development under the informationalized background. It includes objectives and methods of research, selection of investigation sample,investigation methods and implemetation of investigation.The fourth section analyzes overall condition of standard of rural teachers' professional development under the informationalized background and makes an analysis of difference which contains areas, phases, schools, sexes, ages,educational background and processional titles.The fifth section analyzes the conditions of totality and difference of rural teacher's professional development under the background of the current information.it will be explained by the condition of software and hardware of school, related policies and attitude and ways, contents and effects of processional development.The sixth section summarizes the standard situation of professional quality, the conditions of Software and hardware, the relevant attitude and policies, the manner of rural teacher's professional development and the problems of content and effect for educational informationization, it analyzes the main reason of problems, and brings forward the related solutions and advises.The seventh section summarizes this study, points out the shortcomings and makes the prospection of further research.
