An Analysis On Self-Organizational Evolvement And Development Mechanism Of National System

Based on the self-organization theory and with the complexity of thinking,this text analyzes the internal dynamical mechanism in the complex national systhem evolvement and development from the interdisciplinary perspective.First of all,the text introduces the basic information of Predecessors viewing national phenomenon from the perspective of complex systhem, and points out that this article is done on this basis for further exploration. Then brieies the related theory of complex systhem and self-organization theory.Further, the complexity of the national system and the complex systhem self-organization character is explained. Finally, analyzes the internal dynamical mechanism in the complex national systhem evolvement and development.This article holds that the national systhem is an open complicated systhem,which combines internal incessant non-linear interactions, enables the constant exchange of physical energy and information,keeps away from the equilibrium state and its generation,development and evolution of the process is an orderly process of the complex structure with self-organizing feature.The internal dynamical mechanism in the national systhem evolvement and development is explained as follows:the dissipation structure is the impersonal premise trem of national systhem evolvement and development,the competition and cooperation effect is the essence dynamical in the national systhem evolvement and development,the stochastic fluctuating inside the system is the incentives of the national systhem evolvement and development,the cross-catalysis (Hypercycle) between elements inside the system is the internal represent form of the national systhem evolvement and development.And through the outside achievement approach, the part gradual changes of the national systhem be turned into the whole mutation, the whole evolvement course from chaos to order forms lastly ,whice embodiyed the self-organization characters.
