Research On Cultivating Learning Community Of Teachers In An Online Environment

Teachers need learning and a well learning community to develop their profession. We know that network technology, especially the WEB2.0 has dive into teachers'job and normal live. So, teachers have themselves'network space to express ideas. They could have a new style to learning and communicating; have the right to develop their profession by themselves.Sure, we can easily build a learning community in the online environment. But how to cultivate the learning community is a problem. Many learning community of teachers have members to join, but as time goes, members abort the community.The author based on the local community, has chosen a greater impact on learning community of teachers—The Learning And Development Community of Su Zhou Education BLOG.. By taking some unit of this case, through using the content and network analysis etc to analyze these units, sum up the key factors to cultivating learning community of teachers, and pose the relevant solutions and strategies.Due to the restriction of time and conditions, this paper only summed up t the key factors to cultivating learning community of teachers, and poses the relevant solutions and strategies. Of cases a more detailed multi-angle analysis, summarized more strategy to foster learning community of teachers. And that is my future direction to study.
