The construction of harmonious campus is an important part of the harmonious society. Constructing a harmonious interpersonal relationship of university campus is an important work of national lasting political stability. A campus with harmony in human relations can benefit both the innovation vigor in colleges and universities, and the stability and order of the harmonious society constructing. Also it can push reformative development of higher education enterprise. University students are at the critical point of their lives, that emotional fluctuation, Psychological Consciousness, ideological state are the major influence factors.The university students in this period, on the one hand, are longing for networking with people everywhere and have stronger self-awareness,independence, on the other hand, owing to the influences of foreign hull and imperfect consciousness, they are easily cause interpersonal conflict when they make a connection with someone. The purpose of this study was to help and guide university students to find out the factors contributing to these problems and get hold of the interpersonal conflict resolution styles, improving the capability of dealing with problems and self-control.This paper resorts to a questionnaire and a quantitative analysis of nearly 500 pair drafts, discussing the impact of 6 major causes on students' harmonious interpersonal relationship in Xi'An area. This includes communication barrier, benefit struggle, habit difference, differences in understanding, institutional structure. On the basis of studying interpersonal conflict resolution styles of university students in Xi'An area, this paper gives out the strategy to improve their communication ability and improve interpersonal relationship.The innovation of the study is that the thesis injects the conception of interpersonal conflict into the theoretical research of the human relation, which proves to be meaningful and valuable.
