Through on synthesizing the literature about"Modern Educational Technology Specialty", as well as seeing about the Modern Educational Technology Specialty of Hezuo Minorities Normal College ---- a high academy in the minority areas of Gansu Province, the author found a number of problems about Modern Educational Technology Specialty, such as"disorder"in the professional structure, the generalization of professional orientation, professional objectives lack of profession, non-professionals of student professional ability, "lost" the professional core curriculum, "weightless" professional experimental courses,"attached""demonstrated" the teaching of professional experimental. Which has been gaining some of the enlightenment, such as analyzing about professional background adapt to the minority areas of Gansu Province, Modern Educational Technology Specialty should partition professional direction, modular curriculum, a wealth of experimental system.Based on these enlightenment, in order to solve these problems, the author put forward the ideas of innovating the Modern Educational Technology Specialty in the minority areas of Gansu Province, such as"teaching staff and management staff, technical support staff to be trained by classification; training objectives point clear; professional direction in line with local conditions; course system have different emphases", and in accordance with the ideas , designed Modern Educational Technology Specialty from the analysis of social needs, the design of professional objectives, the determination of professional specifications, the building of course system, to make the curriculum, the development of curriculum standards, design of teaching resources, etc.In order to highlight minority characteristics of Modern Educational Technology Specialty in the minor ity areas of Gansu Province, the author also put forward the measures of construction, such as the enrollment patterns to train the minority educational technology personnel (that is, a unified pattern, preparatory pattern, its own pattern, recommended pattern), the employment policy to train the minority educational technology personnel for t minority areas (that is, directed policy consigned training policies, preferential policies), the professional structure to adapt to socio-economic development in minority areas (that is, to adjust"the proportion of relations and contacts"between Modern Educational Technology Specialty and Primary Education Specialty, Computer Technology Specialty and the various professional direction), the establishment of professional objectives and specifications of bilingual educational technology personnel (that is, Tibetan-Chinese bilingual, Mongol-Chinese bilingual, Uigur-Chinese bilingual, Dongxiang language and Chinese bilingual), building a multicultural education curriculum system (that is, contribution model to the activities curriculum, addition model to general curriculum, conversion model to professional curriculum, action modes of practice curriculum), the design of the minority category of digital teaching resources.Finally, the author suggest that Mode rn Educational Technology Specialty in the minority areas of Gansu Province can currently available to be developed from four directions:to create national characteristics of Mode rn Educational Technology Specialty; to train educational technology management personnel and technology personnel; to subdivide the professional direction to train technical personnel of educational technology, highlight the application and practical talent; using"3+2"or"2+3"model to train educational technology management personnel.
