There are a large number of college students of ethnic minorities in the whole college system,while female college students of ethnic minorities face many problems in choosing jobs and employment with their particularity.From the analysis of rapid employment security and work development,how to quickly improve the employment rate and guarantee of female college students of ethnic minorities is particularly critical.Of course,the difficulty of ethnic minority female college students to choose a job and find employment is not a single concept and cognitive restriction,but a potential or obvious restriction and restriction effect formed based on the integration of various factors in the environmental background of the big era.Therefore,from the requirements of comprehensively improving the employment security of female minority college students in China.This study mainly focuses on the employment of female minority college students in Yunnan,and the case is "Qujing Normal University".Through visit investigation,data analysis,data summary,etc.,it conducted in-depth analysis of female college students of ethnic minority students in Yunnan,and comprehensively and systematically proposed the factors that caused the problems and environmental policies.The research is given priority to in yunnan minority female college students employment,case for "qujing normal college",through visiting survey,data analysis,data summary,etc.,the employment analysis of yunnan minority female college students,comprehensive and systematic factors and environmental policy,and combined with human capital theory,"Kane" employment theory,social gender,etc.,the feasibility and precision of the research.Female college students of ethnic minorities in Yunnan are often weak in the process of employment.They should not only compete with boys,but also compete with female university graduates from universities outside the province.Although the state has formulated some protective measures for the employment of female college students,the employment problem of female college students has not been fundamentally solved.As far as the ethnic minority areas in Yunnan are concerned,the employment situation of female college students,compared with the whole country,has both common and their own characteristics.It is urgent to earnestly study the actual reality of the province and explore the employment road of female college students.Ensuring the full employment of female higher talents is an important content to give full play to women's human resources and build a harmonious society.To this end,research that only on the basis of exploring the local characteristics of yunnan,strengthen the function of the government,innovative female employment channels,promote the reform of colleges and universities,improve the quality of female college students,to ensure the full employment of yunnan female higher talents,give full play to the role of female talents in local economic and cultural construction in yunnan.This research on yunnan ethnic minority female college students employment ideas,Suggestions,mainly includes the government for minority college students employment policy support,schools for rural minority female college students vocational planning education,the correct understanding of rural minority female college students,the correct understanding of ethnic minority female college students employment,etc.,system comprehensively to their own views,in the future related research and college students employment security to provide some reference.
