The purpose of use "problem-solving method" in the biological review for the college entrance examination is to exert greater biological knowledge students to master the initiative and enthusiasm, make the awareness of the using of the biology, sense of innovation as well as cooperation, and to improve the students' ability of analyze and problem-solving skills. It will be a new starting point for students' review. It also has obvious advantages in build students' knowledge and skills migrations, process and methods of mastery as well as emotional attitudes and values.This paper puts forward the "two-turns-review" mode based on "problem-solving method", which adopts the "problem-solving method" to the first round of the "carpet" net review and a second round of project-based review. The specific teaching model is: ask questions, identify solutions to gather information and return to teaching materials, breaking the difficulties and focus on timely concluded practice and deepen understanding. For each round of review's characteristics and content, teacher designs the interesting and gradable questions which can guide students to think actively and to like self-study. At the same time, the application on "problem-solving" review method is mentioned.In this paper, two parallel class of Tin Ka Ping Secondary School in Baotou randomly as the experimental class and control class. Control class using the traditional "three-turns-review" mode, the experimental class use "problem-solving method" and "two-turns-review" one. The results showed that there was no significant difference between experimental class and control class of pre-test score. There are significant differences in the score between the mid-test or the post-test and pre-test. The score of the experimental class is higher than that of the control one. However, in review process, because of the use of a teacher guide, student discussions and teacher's guidance targeted combination methods, some students consider it's a waste of time, some even no longer willing to take part in activities, which results in some students' effect was not significant.The results of this study indicate that put the "problem-solving method" into biological review for the college entrance examination, teachers can guide students to learn how to study, lead them from the passive acceptance change to active inquiry study. It is an effective strategy review for the majority. However, when teacher guide students in the review process, the method should be flexible and diverse, and teachers should strengthen the guide of emotional attitude, to enable students to obtain a positive emotion to pay attention to the scope of a broader and more flexible of thinking as well as more creative behavior. Teacher should improve students scores and enable students to get an all round development at the same time.
