New China Track And Field Competition Of The Study Evolution Of The Rules

As one of the most important track and field competitions, sporting events have gradually spread the unique light at the area of sporting field. However, the events in our country have gone through a long and tortuous course of development. At the same time, I accessed to and collected so far in 1951 ,which have been published in China's version of the 21 "track and field competition rules" and "China's track and field referee fifty years" and "track and field referee Essays" and other informations. And Visited China Journal Net (http://www.cnki.net), the State Sports General Administration Network (http://www.sport.gov.cn/), the official network of the International Olympic Committee (http://www. olympic.org), such as a large number of Web site materials. In addition, there are various sports competition rules and the rules of sports research paper 26. In this paper, through the IAAF Track and Field Manual and the development of competition rules of the sort sequence, it aimed at showing a comparison of the Chinese track and field competition in the evolution of the situation. In comparison with the IAAF rules of consistency and synchronization, it made the rules of track and field competition of our country gradually perfect.Studies have shown that no matter how changes the rules of track and field competition, ensure the fairness of competition is the unchanged subject. Adhere to the "people-oriented, health first" is the core of the evolution of the rules. Perfect track and field organization is the protection of the organization on competition. Norms and objective referee job evaluation score are the basic rules of evolution. Track and field sports and commercial market are the one of the important parts of the evolution of the rules. In addition, new materials and modern equipment of track and field competition were widely used, which made the scores of sports rapidly increase, and made the viewing of competition more fierce.In short, the rules of track and field sports are the evolution of our country's track and field level of exercise, it gradually improve the process of our country's track and field sports competition. Our organization is more scientific and more standardization. Meantime, the development of procedures for the process of our country are sustained and healthy development of track and field sports of the process, it lead our country to the international sport of track and field process.
