Math occupies an important position and role in the natural and social sciences. Mathematics appliance problem, being a tie of mathematical theory and practice, plays a more important role in implementing mathematics quality education. The target is to fester and refine appliance awareness and intellect quality of the students, which will let every student can think over and solving problems mathematically. Teachers should pay more attention to appliance problem instruction, which can nurture the appliance awareness through the whole primary schools, train the ability of solving mathematically problem into everyday instruction, promote the development of mathematics innovation, stimulate their mathematics learning internet and develop their mathematics learning inner dynamic. In primary Mathematics, Applied Problems occupies a very important position and considerable proportion. the curriculum reform in 2001, the Ministry of Education promulgated the "full-time compulsory education math curriculum standards (experimental version)" (hereinafter referred to " standards "), the" Applied Problems " is replaced by" solve the problem, "and is into the" number and algebra "," Space and graphics "," Statistics and Probability "," Practice and comprehensive application". as a math problem, Applied Problems is important for the students to understand math concepts and the use of mathematical knowledge etc. In the actual teaching, the teaching unit of "solve the problem" puzzledmany Teachers. As a math teacher in Teacher Center, what should I do tohelp the teachers to solve these puzzles? By issuing the questionnaire to42 teachers and 127 students in the fifth primary school, I know theproblems between the teachers and students: the teachers themselvesdon't have a solid foundation of knowledge, lack of capacity; lack ofunderstanding the Applied Problems; teaching in a single material; rigidteaching methods. For the students: not having a solid foundation ofknowledge; psychological barriers; the lack of interesting in AppliedProblems; experience shallow, the lack of living practice; poor readingability can't understanding the meaning of the Applied Problems.Based on the existing results of research on mathematics education for primary schools, combined with the concept of the new curriculum, based on the study of teaching practice , thinking, I wrote the effective teaching strategies: situational teaching, To narrow the distance and life; the activities of teaching, promoting student self-construction; Ways diversified strategy to encourage diversity; learning opening up, promoting students to solve problems creatively; use of information technology to solve the problem. Deficiencies exist in this study, pending further study.
