| Problem schema is the need for the psychological mechanisms to solve theproblem itself which help teachers’ teaching and students’ learning be a goodcombination. Usual class instruction emphasizes teacher-centered, only depend onteachers explaining repeatedly, practice only one correct answer for the questions overand over, students are forced to accept the mathematical knowledge, such acceptanceis mechanical, closed, which ties students’ thinking, not to mention the creativethinking and applications, they gradually lost the awareness and ability of activelearning and thinking in the school. Mathematical problem schemata focus onstudents’ complete knowledge of the structure and application, and eliminatecognitive impairment because of the difficulty of knowledge increases. PsychologistRM Gagne says that schema theory will continue in the future, which will certainlyaffect our learning environment creation. Therefore, the research of schema formationand application in mathematics is very meaningful.Schema formation and application of mathematical problems varies from personto person, excellent students and students with learning difficulties in mathematicsproblem schemata have some differences. With the help of the questionnaire, thispaper research junior high school math problem schemata from five ways: firstly, anoverview of the junior high school math problem schemata; secondly, differences instudents’ schemata of different genders; thirdly, differences in students’ schemata ofdifferent scores, fourthly, influence of problem schemata characteristics on the studymathematics; finally, influence ot different exercises on the problem schema. The result of research shows that the mathematical schemata in the minds ofstudents have a great impact on students’ learning. If we can emphasize the relevanceand applicability of mathematical problem schemata according to the actual teachingsituation, and help students build meaningful mathematical structure schema, takethem from concrete to abstract, from the abstract to the specific on learningmathematics, to obtain mathematical knowledge and to improve the ability ofmathematical problem solving. Therefore, the research of mathematical problemschemata will make a contribution to the improvement of junior high students in theawareness and ability of learning and thinking. |
