Strengthen teaching chemical experiment has been pay more attention by most colleges, but thanks to restrictions of every conditions and stress of other courses, the time of students do experiment is little relatively. On one side colleges and students desire to strengthen chemical experiment, on the other side it is hard to fulfill because of restrictions of every condition. In order to relieve demand of teaching chemical experiment by colleges and student, conform modernize education development trend of information technology and education conformity ,this thesis designed and develop the Interactive simulation-based intelligent chemical experiment courseware, Web-based courseware for chemistry experiment of multi-media learning resources, etc. For assistant students to study teaching chemical experiment, solidify chemical knowledge, advance interest of study chemistry by students and entertaining Targeted network-assisted learning platforms.This article includes the following four parts:Part I: Designed for secondary school chemistry experiment platform for network-assisted. Firstly, analysed three items what insist of this platform are learner,learnning resource and platform for network,and the relationship among them.Secondly, analysed and designed learning orientation,unit learning process and whole learn model of platform.Part II: Developed for Interactive Simulation of chemical experiment intelligent courseware. Based of analysed for the character of chemistry experiment and the developed model of Interactive Simulation of chemical experiment intelligent courseware, put instruct developed for new pattern chemistry experiment course by system theory method, and use a colligate case to analyse and demonstrate advantage which instruct chemistry experiment course by system theory.Part III: Developed new pattern chemistry experiment course which based of network. Interactive Simulation of chemical experiment intelligent courseware are competent for assistants and students to study by themselves already,but there are also innovation room about create of learning scene and cultivate interest of students. In order to create a network study scene which open and communicate one another and study altogether, author developed a new experiment course base of network at the original courseware for chemistry experiment which use Flash network technology.Part IV: Developed of network assist study platform.
