The Practice And Research Of Reform Of Chemistry Laboratory's Management In Tianjin No.4 High School

All of us know that the chemistry is an experiment science. The idea that "learning science through experiment" is adequately embodied in "The new chemic course standard of senior high school". Not only the student's researching experiment is marked increase, but also the curriculum module of experimental chemistry is set up in the new textbook. Most of these experimental activities are finished in chemistry laboratory. But the old condition and the management of the chemistry laboratory doesn't meet the demand of the experimental teaching.Therefore, the author designed a questionnaire of the condition about the management of chemistry laboratory in Tianjin No.4 High School on the basis of consulting many documents. And then, the author suggested a plan about reform of laboratory's management and carried out the plan after research. The plan is suggested from five aspects that are enhancing study of the new curriculum concept, enhancing chemistry laboratory technician's training, improving system of laboratory management, improving laboratory building and establish a assessing system about laboratory's job. Afterward, we began to introduce a reform from some sides. For example, we made some activity about teaching and scientific research, increased fund in building laboratory and training laboratory teachers, carried out six measures about laboratory's management etc. After introduced a reform, the laboratory's job was much more scientific and standardization, the efficiency and the quality of service has been improved, the professional qualification of laboratory teachers has been improved, the students' experiment ability and science attainments had been improved.
