Research On Project Management Of Open Basic Innovation Laboratory Construction In GL College

With the iteration acceleration of global science and technology,the goal of building a powerful country in science and technology and the proposal of "new subject" in China,it is necessary to cultivate comprehensive talents with innovative consciousness in high-tech application.Practice teaching,as the main way of training applied talents,has become a hot topic in Colleges and universities.Laboratories,as the main part of practical teaching tasks,have gradually increased investment in construction resources,especially the construction of open laboratories,which is the inevitable requirement of future development.How to adapt to the situation,achieve the effective integration of talent training objectives and laboratory construction objectives,scientific and effective laboratory construction project management will be of great significance and will become an inevitable requirement for development.With the development and popularization of project management theory,project management has been introduced into the laboratory construction or management of domestic universities and has developed to some extent.It is also found that there are more theoretical researches on project management in the business practice and less research on system application,especially on case-by-case analysis.With the rapid development of electronic information,as a direct reflection of the teaching level of science and engineering colleges,the research of electronic laboratory construction projects conforms to the development needs.This paper chooses the open basic innovation laboratory construction project of GL College as the research object to carry out the project management knowledge application research,aiming at improving the quality and efficiency of its laboratory construction project by project management method.The construction of electronic open basic innovation laboratory pays more attention to the overall planning and design of the laboratory,especially the design and implementation of curriculum system and safety monitoring management system,as well as the rational allocation and management of resource utilization,such as the support for innovation and consumables,which increases the difficulty of laboratory construction projects.Therefore,it is necessary to apply the project management knowledge system for construction.This article analysis the current situation of laboratory management in foreign countries,and points out the gaps and deficiency of laboratory management in China,also combs the key points related to project management and the characteristics of electronic laboratories,basic innovation laboratories and open laboratories.Also,this paper introduces the construction project of open basic innovation laboratory in GL College,and analysis the characteristics of the project and the internal and external influencing factors it faces.It points out such problems as inadequate demand demonstration,the project task is not broken down,and the project risk management is insufficient.Then the theory and method of project management are applied to the laboratory construction project,and focuses on the analysis and anatomy of the project's influencing factors and problems to establish a complete laboratory construction project system to realize business practice application research and problems solution.While improving the management ability of GL College for laboratory construction projects,it also provides reference for similar projects...
