Personal communication is not only a necessary mean which is composed of human relation and other social relation. But also one of the important channel about achieving intercommunity of information in society. It plays an important role of social collaboration and inheriting of social culture. Personal dissemination of information operates important function on spreading the knowledge. people is complex, so the process of personal communication shows complexity. Cellular automata are often used for the study of social science as an important mode gradually. So it is important to study the process of personal communication. In this paper, a model on personal dissemination of information based on cellular automata theory and personal network is first introduced, through the simulation experiment, study the influence of different distribution of credibility, dissemination will and the degree of persisting opinion to average speed of dissemination and the conversion rate of the member's attitude, this paper using the method of hypothesis testing analysis the relationship between the member's initial support states rate and the member's final state support rate; using the method of investigation, study the influence of credibility, dissemination will and the degree of persisting opinion on information dissemination between members. In the part of simulation , this paper analysis the dissemination will being uniform distribution, means of the degree of persisting opinion on a certain cases, credibility being normal, uniform distribution respectively, the degree of persisting opinion being normal, uniform distribution respectively of the different combinations simulation results; analysis the credibility being uniform distribution, means of the degree of persisting opinion on a certain cases, the dissemination will being normal, uniform distribution respectively, the degree of persisting opinion being normal, uniform distribution respectively of the different combinations simulation results; analysis the dissemination will being uniform distribution, the means of credibility on a certain case, the degree of persisting opinion being normal, uniform distribution respectively, the credibility being normal, uniform distribution respectively of the different combinations simulation results; analysis credibility, dissemination will and the degree of persisting opinion being the case of binomial distribution simulation results; the experiment results show that: the relationship between the means of credibility , the means of dissemination will and the average speed of information dissemination is into a similar direct proportion, the relationship between the means of the degree of persisting opinion and the average speed of information dissemination is into a similar inverse proportion; the larger of the means of dissemination will, the larger of member's attitude conversion rate, the larger of the means of the degree of persisting opinion, the smaller of member's attitude conversion rate; the relationship between the member's initial states rate and the member's final state rate is independent, exist correlation. In the part of Investigation, the message for different types, this paper analysis the dissemination will degree of disseminator to different people; the message of different types, this paper analysis the conversion of receiver's attitude to different disseminator. The results show that: the dissemination of information within the organization, members are willing to disseminate information to their trusty people, the higher of credibility degree within members, the greater of the dissemination will; if there is not only one people disseminating the same information, even do not trust or do not understand the people, the member may accept information.
