People call the spirit of Subjectivity is the core of the spirit of the times, because of that, from the beginning of the seventies of the last century, Subjectivity has become a hot topic in research in education, However, after 30 years of hard work, Subjectivity research in education has achieved a wealth of theoretical results, these results failed to help practice in education. The article identify the root causes of this phenomenon which is lack of the correct understanding about Subjectivity and Inter-subjectivity by re-sorted Subjectivity and Inter-subjectivity theory applied in education in the past three decades. In order to know the meaning of Subjectivity and Inter-subjectivity which can brought to research in education, the article analysis the Cartesian philosophy of subjectivity and intersubjectivity in Husserl's phenomenology-depth, and then found the correct meaning of them. Base on the definition of Subjectivity and Inter-subjectivity to re-examine the relation between Subjectivity and Inter-subjectivity, naming about Inter-subjectivity, view the relationship between teachers and students under Subjectivity, the relationship between people and Subjectivity, the relationship between education and Subjectivity, and concluded that now the educational purposes, educational content, educational methods, teaching evaluation and school system need to reform in order to promote rational reflection of students and teachers.
