Philosophy of inter subjectivity theory originated in the west, with the deepening and development, inter subjectivity theory has been a subject of sociology, pedagogy, psychology and other reference, as its theory basis research. Foreign scholars have inter subjectivity theory into education has achieved great successes. With the deepening of social change and education reform, the introduction of inter subjectivity theory to ideological and political education in our country has become the most scholars choice, but the subject with inter subjectivity theory as a guide to research of Ideological and political theory course teachers and students are not very much.Ideological and political theory course is the task of Ideological and political education of college students, shaping the students' character, cultivation of College Students'Ideological and political quality. In the actual teaching activities, the ideological and political theory course effectiveness is not very ideal, often there will be some input and effectiveness of disproportionate things, teaching effectiveness is low. The effect of the teaching effectiveness of College Ideological and political theory course factors, in addition to the social importance of the subject, the school on the subject of investment and other factors, the degree of subjectivity of teachers and students of the play is a big factor in hampering the effectiveness of Ideological and political theory course.Therefore, research of Ideological and political theory class students subjectivity, has a very important significance. This paper is based on the theory of intersubjectivity is the red line, runs through the whole article, breaking the original research only pays attention to the subjectivity of teachers in the study limitations, the subjectivity of teachers at the same time,but also pay attention to the study of students' subjectivity.This paper will use literature method, the combination of theory and practice method,find out the existing problems in the current ideological and political theory course teachers and students of colleges and universities, the comprehensive analysis and questionnaire survey to find the causes of these problems, finally found the concrete measures for improving the students subjectivity. Also hope that through the study of the above problems,but also plays a certain role to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political theory course teaching.
