The reserve players are the precondition of the sustainable development of the football sport. Valuing the reserve players'training work and promoting the training of reserve football players are not only very important to bridging the gap between our country and other football-strong countries, but also necessary to developing the football sport vigorously. At the present, in Inner Mongolia, the training of the reserve football players is not very ideal in many sports schools, amateur sports schools and traditional football schools. In the thesis, reseaching methods, such as literature data, questionnaire, mathmatical statistics and logical analysis, are used to deeply investigate the current situation and the affecting factors in the training of Inner Mongolian reserve football players:1. About the juvenile trainees: Their age brackets are not reasonable, their sports levels are not ideal, and their training purposes are guided by outer factors to a larger extent. There is a great gap between their paiticipation in competition and the ideal competition cycles. The training schools attach much importance to the sdudying results of the juvenile players in cultural courses, but usually their results are relatively bad.2. About the trainers: The age brackets of the trainers are reasonable and their attitudes toward teaching are good. But all the trainers have poor academic backgrounds and lower sports levels, and their researching levels are ordinary. The trainers haven't got ideal later or further learning from the training agencies and the sports departments.3. About the training agencies: There are great differences between sports schools and traditional schools in the training plans. The training plans of sports schools are based on the requirements of The Syllabus for Training Juvenile Football Players, and they are carried out without being affected by the outside world. However, the training plans of traditional schools are not based on any rules, and they are carried out according to the requirements of the games. Even if there are training plans, they are usually affected greatly by the outside world and cannot be carried out accordingly. The training freqency and the classes assigned are resonable, but the training contents, lacking the psychological training for the players and the addtional theoretical teaching, are not in line with the basic requirements of The Syllabus for Training Juvenile Football Players. The training fields and the facilities in the training agencies can meet the basic need currently. But the training agencies are lacking outlay and student sources, and their channel for accepting students is narrow. The evaluation on the staff is relatively objective and comprehensive, and the evaluation system is relatively complete.4. About the parents'attitudes towards the training: Their parents can well afford the training. But considering the childrens'studying results and their future careers, the parents are less supportive to their football training and their development towards football profession.5. About the authorities: The authorities give some material and financial support to the training agencies. But they don't attach much importance to the training work of reserve football players and they invest less in this field, resulting in failure to carry out related policies and measures satisfyingly. The authorities have a complete monitoring system against the training agencies, but this system is less effective.According to the survey and collected ideas from experts and the analysis of the current situation of Inner Mongolia, conclusions can be drawn about the main factors affecting the training of Inner Mongolian reserve football players:1. The training of Inner Mongolian reserve football players is seriously affected by the nation-wide system. The football sport is a weak sports item in Inner Mongolia, and its importance is not appreciated by the authorites, and the policies are not carried out effectively.2. The training of Inner Mongolian reserve football players is greatly affected by lower level of scientific training, incomplete competition rules, fewer selective scope for players and trainees without overall ideal conditions.3. The less optimistic social and material environments for the development of the football sports and less supportive parents have a great negative influence on the Inner Mongolian Juvenile football sport, preventing the number of the juvenile football teams from growing.4. The players'uncertain future, incomplete guarantee systems for competition and training, and lower level of medical insurance have a negetive influence on the sustainable development of Inner Mongolian football training agencies.5. The factors, such as the incomplete administrative rules for juvenile players, weaker monitoring against training agencies and the unscientific teaching methods, have a serious influence on the healthy orderly development of the Inner Mongolian football training agencies.6. The factors, such as the imbalance of local economic development, the great difference in investment in competitive sports between areas with different economic development levels, the higher average household income, and the lower sports consumption, have an effect on the investment and money storage in training reserve players in Inner Mongolia. From the above conclusions, it is clear that in the training of Inner Mongolian reserve football players, there are various problems in every aspect, from trainers to players, from training agencies to authorities. Summing up the experts'ideas, this thesis puts forward the sustainable development countermeasures for the training the reserve football players in Inner Mongolia:1. The authorities should make full use of the advantages of the nation-wide system, insist on teaching-based method, balance the relationship between"studying"and"training", value the training of the reserve players, and strengthen the implementing of policies and measures.2. The authorities should enlarge the number of juvenile players, widen the scope of selecting players, value the result of the selecting, stimulate the activeness of the young players, increase their interest, establish and perfect the training system, competition rules, training rules for trainers, and further construct the trainers'team.3. The authorities should promote the development of the juvenile football sport, enlarge the construction of the sports fields and facilities, combine the traditional folky sports culture with the football culture reasonably, promote the development of the football sports, change their parents'traditional ideas, correct their parents'prejudice against football, and enhance the parents'supportiveness to their children's participation in training.4. The authorities should strengthen the construction of social guarantee system for training of the reserve players, perfect the guarantee systems for competition, training, and medicare, widen the channel for admitting players, and perfect the guarantee system for the juvenile players'future careers.5. The authorities should strenthen the related administration of the reserve players, enhance the monitoring of the training agencies, deeply investigate the new pattern for combining of sports training and cultural learning, promote the overall development for the juvenile players, and improve their own social survival ability.6. The authorities should pay attention to the training of the reserve players, enlarge the governments'economic investment to strengthen the training of the reserve players in economically weak cities, advocate a reasonable sports consumption in every households, promote the development of sports economy, provide sufficient money storage for the training of the reserve players, and guarantee the sustainable development of the training of the reserve players...
