Study On The Sustainable Development Of Youth Volleyball Reserve Talents In Zhejiang Province

Volleyball is the only big ball project in China that has the ability to win Olympic medals.There are various conflicts in the training of sports reserve talents that need us to solve.Obviously,this is also the key to the sustainable development of sports in China.At present,we will strengthen research on the sustainable development of volleyball reserve talents,gradually strengthen the quality and quantity of talents,and establish and improve a sustainable volleyball reserve talent development system.To study the development status of reserve talents in volleyball projects,to understand the existing problems,to establish a sustainable development system for volleyball reserve talents based on the scientific development concept and sustainable development theory,and to explore practical ways is one of the key tasks in the development of volleyball.This paper uses literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics to study the sustainable development of reserve talents in Zhejiang youth volleyball.The research points out:1.Zhejiang Province pays attention to the study of reserve talent culture.At present,the training of volleyball reserve talents in Zhejiang Province fully embodies the “teaching and body combination” model.This model has played its own advantages and provided a good reference model for other provinces and cities to train reserve talents.2.The age,education and teaching age of the volleyball reserve talent coaches in Zhejiang Province are relatively reasonable,so that the combination of green and yellow,with the old and new,is conducive to improving the level of coaching.However,it was found that some of the higher education qualifications obtained by the coaches were basically through the way of hanging out the student status,and the amount of gold was insufficient.The coaches' titles and on-the-job training are not well structured,most coaches have lower titles,and the number and quality of training needs to be improved.In addition,the coaches are not strong in the concept of cultivating reserve talents in order to make early achievements,and they are not conducive to the long-term development of reserve talents.3.Zhejiang Province volleyball reserve talent coaches are mostly concentrated in junior high school,and some coaches also choose materials in primary or high school.In the selection of materials,the coaches mainly rely on the external physical appearance,physiological indicators and genetic factors,and some coaches pay attention to the psychological quality of athletes in the selection of materials.4.The main factors affecting the selection of reserve talents in Zhejiang Province include volleyball reserve talents,but a considerable part of them are not willing to engage in volleyball professional training;the difficulty of resettlement of retired athletes;and the popularity of the project and the lack of support from parents are also factors influencing the selection of materials.5.There are schooling,retirement,injury and other factors that affect the reasons why Zhejiang athletes' career years are blocked.This is also one of the problems in the development of competitive sports in China,which is prevalent in the status quo of athletes' retiring and urgently needed to be solved.6.More than half of the volleyball reserve talent training units in Zhejiang Province did not form systematic training.They only temporarily pulled up the team training before the competition.Although they participated in the competition every year,the number of matches was relatively small,which did not fully reflect the competition.The training concept will not be conducive to the development of athletes,and is not conducive to the reserve of reserve talents.7.Some young training units of Zhejiang youth volleyball reserve have fixed transportation directions including colleges and universities;however,some units do not have fixed transmission units,and the reserve talents are not high.It is necessary to gradually establish multiple transportation channels to allow more Reserve talents have the place to go,can continue to study in depth,and lay a good foundation for entering the society.8.The parents of Zhejiang volleyball reserve athletes are willing to support their children in volleyball programs,but there is still a large part of parents who generally do not support them.The willingness to go out for children is mostly to enter colleges and universities to continue their studies.There are a small number of parents who want their children to continue to work in volleyball.9.In the management of reserve talents for young volleyball players in Zhejiang Province,most of the training units have established clear rules for athlete management,but overall the implementation needs to be improved.10.Zhejiang Province has formulated corresponding policies in the protection of volleyball reserve talents,attracting young people to enter the volleyball program,and the volleyball equipment is relatively sufficient.The athletes who have obtained spiritual rewards and material rewards to encourage achievements are set.At the same time,there is a lack of policies on the protection of funds,the rational flow of venues and reserve talents,and needs to be strengthened.11.Predicting the concept of cultivating reserve talents,the placement of reserve talents and the social environment will be an important factor hindering the sustainable development of young volleyball reserve talents in Zhejiang Province,and will become more
