Cultural Disorder And Governance In Contemporary China

Each time has the values which correspond with it; each society has the cultural system which corresponds with it. Since the reform and open to the outside world, specially after market economy establishment, along with the economical development, the material sufficiency covered the spiritual deficiency, the sensual enjoyment has substituted for the ideological pursuit, the vulgar fashion has pushed aside cultivated taste. The individualism, hedonism caused the cultural values in the original significance to have the fundamental fission. People gave up the pursuit of the true, the good and the beautiful. These have created the cultural ecology imbalance, inner world inclined. Chinese society is still in the period of social transformation, carries on the critique to ultra-individualism's cultural values, builds the good cultural atmosphere, establish the cultural order which adapt to the times development, it has very profound practical significance to realize our country society values transformation, to constructs the Chinese characteristic socialism.Regarding this thought, the first part of this paper is the cultural disorder traceability. Combing the vein of ideology of the sociologists in classical and the modern time, they all emphasized the social core values. After the rising of the popular culture, the people take individual as the center, pursue practical, and thus caused the change of the standard of value. Then promotes the concept of culture disorder, and deviated it from the similar concept such as culture anomie and the cultural diversity. The second part is the embodiment of cultural disorder. It concludes corruption and degeneration in political realm, the fake shoddy in the economic domain, the moral decline in the social life, the based tool in the educational fields. The third part, the reason that causes the culture disorder is mainly cultural contradiction between the individualism along with excessive marketization and the universal moral principle, system's unreasonable, as well as mass media's negative influence for it purely chases benefit. Last part proposed the countermeasure of the culture disorder. First, we must take the Marxism as the instruction, sets up the standard of value, innovates in the system, reduces the opportunity of the individualism flooding which is in the system design; The moral reconstruction aspect must unify the daily life practice, avoids the empty pure moral education, display family, the school, society's function, establish morals creed. Finally we must insist the basic principle of socialism, realize the social core value system's construction, and thus cause the culture better service to the economic and social development.
