| The Chinese popular culture is flourishing with each passing day,and has a strong influence on the society.In the current social and cultural environment dominated by popular culture,the emergence of some cultural phenomena will become the focus of public concern.Inspired by the influence of popular music culture in Europe,America,Hong Kong and Taiwan,popular music flourished and became one of the main manifestations of popular culture under the background of the prosperity of contemporary popular culture.The content of popular music meets the psychological needs of the public,adapts to the emotions of the majority of the audience,and is easy to be accepted and widely spread by the general public.Popular music is not only a form of expression of music,but also a carrier of popular culture,which can convey to the audience a certain outlook on life and values.At the same time,the characteristics of pop music determine the existence of both advanced,excellent music works,but also some decadent thinking works.Teenagers are also the audience of pop music,they are in the period of rich emotion and self-consciousness,pop music has strong emotional characteristics,which is suitable for the psychological aesthetic needs of modern teenagers.The junior middle school stage is a period when the students’ mind is maturing and their self-awareness is gradually increasing.At this time,their outlook on life,Values have not yet formed.For those pop music with negative thinking,they are not easily discernible and are easily influenced by incorrect values.Based on the background of popular culture,this paper analyzes the popular music curriculum in two versions of music textbooks of the people’s Music Publishing House and the people’s Education Publishing House,so as to understand the learning content of junior high school students.After a systematic and detailed analysis of the two versions of pop music in junior high school,the author selected four representative junior high school schools in Haidian District of Beijing to conduct a questionnaire survey and interviews,in order to deeply understand the actual teaching situation of pop music.This paper analyzes the results of the investigation and summarizes the existing problems in pop music teaching in junior high school from three aspects:teachers,teaching materials and teaching.In view of the problems found and the existing situation,design a popular Music curriculum and implementation of teaching.In order to explore in practice how to guide students to correctly understand pop music,through the appreciation and study of excellent works in the classroom,to cultivate students’correct aesthetic taste of pop music,thus forming a positive outlook on life and values. |
