The Cultural Personality Of The Language Teachers In Popular Culture Environment

Since reform and opening up and the rapid development of market economy, the results of the information revolution brought the era of market economy .The culture.popular literature, pop music, entertainment and other network forms of popular culture enrich the lives of young people's leisure and also enrich their learning and thought.Language teachers in the context of popular culture felt confused. However, under the pressure, some teachers still show excellent cultural personality 1 the best language teachers should have in the multi-cultural environment.This study sought to show teachers culture performance through classroom teaching, such as observation and interviews with teachers and summed up their cultural personality and penetrate the causes to with a view to display samples to first-line teachers in order to provide teachers with the specific cultural perspective through the analysis of the causes of the process. Case Study by inference in the context of popular culture language teachers the professional development of insight and give advice and provide advice.The first chapter introduction part adopts the method of literature study to list the literature review and explain important concept in literature review.The second chapter adopts narrative research and interviews to show teachers culture performance and summed up their cultural personality.The third chapter adopt relevant theoretical to analysis the causes of ideal culture personality of Chinese language .In the final part the literature put forward proposals to optimize the culture personality of Chinese language teacher under the background of mass culture.
