The first part is Preface.The necessity and urgency of developing Intemet Resources forinstructional is discussed considering the development of Intemetinstructional in and outside China. The second pan is mainly aboot thetheoretical fOunddtion of the developing instructional resources of Schoolinternet, and the author maintains that the construct of the School internetshohId be based dn modern educational thoughts, learning theory andiriStrUPtional design theory According tO the point of Mr Nan Guonong,modern educational thoughts mainly include the notion of modemeducation, the notion of modern instructional, the notion of modern- 4student, the notion of modern school and the notion of modern talents.Such phIases as behaviorism, cogniticism and constructivism wereexperienced in the development of learning theory each of which ca-nprovide some significant instrUctions fOr the construct of the instructionalinternet. However the most useful leaming theory in constructing theschool intranet is cogniticism and constructivism Which put muchemphasis on the development of internal cognition. The Instructionaldesign theory developed from the centrism on instructional to the centrismon learning, and the instructiona1 mode of "presiding --subject" is b asedon the combination of the two theories. The netWorking instructional isdriher fOunded on the instructional mode. In the third part of "thedevelopment and practice of instructional resources on School intranet"Such key questions as the construct, characteristics, developing principles,environmental choice and deveIoping proceedings were proposed based onthe comparison of the traditional CAI soforare with the currentinstr-uctional resources on School intranet. The traditional instrUctionalsoftware of CAI is characterized by the developmeflt of course software,of which the principal deficients can be seen in the followtng aspects f thelong developing period during Which the resoures can't be updated, thedifficulty of mastering systematically the making p1atfOrm, the deficiencyin interaction of ednts with software because of the limited space ofstudents' participation.
