Secondary school teachers'mental health problem has seldom been concerned by academic research. With the issue of secondary school teachers'mental health become increasingly prominent, it should be crept into scholars'minds. The paper explores the influence of work values, organizational identification on their mental health from the perspective of the sense of well-being of secondary school teachers. There are three ideas of the research on well-being, namely, subjective well-being, psychological well-being and social well-being, as constituent element of the sense of integrated well-being, subjective well-being and psychological well-being has got a corresponding evaluation tool, but lack measurement of the sense of social well-being, so in the process of study one the corresponding evaluation scale was composed according to the five-dimension structure of social well-being. Through investigating 251 subjects the paper identifies the five dimensions of a sense of social well-being, that is, social identity, social realization, social integration, social harmony and social contribution. At the same time, the study finds that different demographic variables would have an impact on individual well-being. Based on Wang Yanbin theoretical study of the employees organizational identification in state-owned enterprises and in accordance with the characteristics of the secondary school teachers' identity, study II establishes the organizational identification Scale of secondary school teachers, through the survey of 223 subjects and finds that there are three factors constituting organizational identification of secondary school teachers, namely, survival, attribution and success of organizational identification. But regression analysis shows that individual organizational identification can effectively predict the level of their well-being .On the basis of Study one and study two, the paper uses structural equation modeling to explore the relationship among work values, organizational identification and the sense of well-being for the secondary school teachers, the path analysis shows that the reputation and social status, organizational management, interpersonal relationships, the successfully organizational identification can effectively predict the level of individual general well-being ; organizational management, interpersonal relationships and attribution of organizational identification can effectively predict the level of individual's subjective well-being ; organizational management , successfully organization identification can predict the level of individual psychological well-being; altruistic dedication, interpersonal relationship and successfully organization identification can effectively predict the level of individual social well-being . In the basis of data analysis, the researchers discuss the structure of well-being of secondary school teachers and the structure of organizational identification as well, explore the characteristics of the relation among the work values, organizational identification and well-being. The results of this study are of theoretical and practical significance for self-development of secondary school teachers and the management of human resources in secondary school.
