University cultural construction has always been the focus of the construction of higher education.it also be One of the core competitiveness of colleges and universities, The stand or fall of organizational culture construction management measure of a university level。the construction of University organization culture is the only way to Enhance the competitiveness of colleges and universities, reputation, management level, and Organizational identification of university students for colleges and universities is the important reflection of the Organizational culture conditions, The university organization culture construction situation affects the university organizational identity,firstly, the article expounds the essential theoretical foundation of the organizational culture and organizational identification, social identity theory、self-categorization theory y is the foundation of organizational identity theory research; hierarchy of Organizational culture becomes the basis of the research of organizational culture theory. Based on this theory,Analyze theorganizational culture and it’s constituents,The Organizational Identification and it’s variables of antecedent and outcomes.Establish theoretical research modelThroughout all levels of the organization’s culture and with the relationship between organizational identity..To verify the theoretical model established in analysis, The study research the situation of University organization culture、the nanning’s College students’ Organizational identificationby means of this empirical, with the use of improved organizational culture and the Organizational Identification scale., Apply thefactoranalysis to discuss the dimension of Organizational culture and organizational identification> Apply T-test to remove the factor of the population Variables, in the end to analyze the structure or dimension of the college’s Organizational culture at nanning and college student’s organizational identification with partial correlate analysis, the results shows that nanning’s university organization culture、core values、School ethos、the humanities environment、hardware facilities play a positive correlation with organizational identification. Organizational culture of college at nanning and university students organizational identity conclusions are as follows: Firstly, the organizational culture in universities Yong showing core values dimensions, rules and norms dimension, a dimension college atmosphere, human environment and hardware facilities of the five dimensions of clear dimension; Secondly, there are individual differences in organizational identity, demographic variables affect organizational identity of college students; Thirdly, in addition to the organizational culture of university rules and norms of this dimension was not associated with the organizational identity, organizational identity and other dimensions of organizational culture college university student in Nanning significantly correlated.
