With the development of higher education in our country. At the end of 20th century, the independent college as a new pattern of running a school produced, self-supporting, autonomy, self financing mechanism of running a school has developed rapidly in the independent colleges, quickly became a strong complement to higher education in our country. However, with the increased number of independent colleges and the scale continues to expand, in the process of education appeared many problems that restrict the stable development of the independent college, such as low level of teachers’ job satisfaction, organizational identification degree is not high, teachers instability and so on.This study from the perspective of organizational identity, through literature review and interviews of Independent College Teachers’ factors, establish the measurement scale for the independent college teacher’s organizational identification questionnaire survey questionnaire to the independent college teachers in Yunnan Province, through the statistics and analysis of the questionnaire data, the Independent Institute of Yunnan province teachers’ current situation, influencing factors and relationship between teachers’ Independent College Teachers’ organizational identity, to provide relevant theoretical basis and empirical basis for the independent college, put forward to improve the teachers’ countermeasures and suggestions, in order to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of independent college teachers, improve the teachers’ satisfaction, good stability and promoting the development of independent college.In this study, the use of the SPSS 14.0 software on the questionnaire data of reliability and validity, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, draw the following conclusions:1, Yunnan Province, independent college teachers’ organizational identity sense average.2, organizations recognize the presence of different demographic variables difference.3, Yunnan Province, independent college teachers’ organizational identity is mainly influenced by the job satisfaction, the influence of organizational justice, organizational prestige and the self-worth.4, job satisfaction, organizational justice and organizational reputation and organizational identification there are significant correlation and positive prediction effect.
