Since 1980s', the problem of teacher's capability has been concerned widely inareas of education and psychology, the main study is on teacher's capability andcapability of teaching. Recently, the teacher's curriculum capability is more and moreconcerned with the movement of curriculum reform. As one part of the curriculumcapacity, the capability of curriculum implementation is the main performance in theprocess of teacher's curriculum implementation.The thesis uses the survey method, interview method and case study method onthe mathematics teachers and some students in six high schools as survey objects, andon two high school mathematics teachers as interview objects, which also uses the casestudy on two high school teachers. The thesis investigates relevant problems of thecapability of mathematics teacher's curriculum implementation in the high school.Firstly, the thesis summarizes the study on teacher's capability, capability ofteaching and capability of curriculum implementation at home and abroad by fourparts which are what, what constitutes, the characters and how to train.Secondly, the thesis analyses the development status, the problems and the causesof the capability of the mathematics teacher's curriculum implementation in the highschool by the results of survey and interview. On the base of that ,the thesis definescapability, curriculum implementation, capability of curriculum implementation,capability of mathematics teacher's curriculum implementation, and summarizes threefactors which are intelligence quality, profession capability and creativity, and fivecharacters which are individuality, situational, creativity, expansibility, integrity andadditivity. The thesis proposes two ways of getting help from using externalenvironment and teacher's self education to improve the capability of the mathematicsteacher's curriculum implementation in the high school by case study and the powerroots of capability of teacher's curriculum implementation.At last, the thesis gives four suggestions on teacher education, teacher trainingand personal development about promoting the education system of distributaries,increasing educational classes, expanding educational practices ,and improving thequality of on-the-job training; and encouraging the mathematics teachers to cooperatewith mathematics educational experts and colleagues, and advocating mathematicsteachers for educational study and teaching reflection.
