Ordinary high school mathematics new curriculum has been 10 years to 2015 since 2004. High school stage of the new round curriculum development work also is about to begin. The change of the curriculum reform, brings to the high school mathematics teacher’s enormous pressure and challenges. Therefore, the improvement of teachers’ curriculum implementation capacity and development have become the urgent needs of the curriculum implementation and curriculum reform.The main purpose of this study is to find out the relative concepts of teachers’ curriculum implementation ability, understand the current high school mathematics teacher status and the problems in the curriculum implementation ability, on the basis of the construction of teacher’s curriculum implementation ability structure framework.This paper uses the questionnaire survey, interview, classroom observation and case study method to the high school teachers’ curriculum implementation ability were studied. Through collecting data and data analysis, understand the present situation of the current high school mathematics teachers’ curriculum implementation ability. In order to further understand the current situation of the current high school mathematics teachers’ curriculum implementation ability, to three high school mathematics teacher’s case study.The results show that:(1) the researchers concerned about the situation of the implementation of the course itself is more, for the teachers of the curriculum implementation main body less attention;(2) the high school mathematics teachers’ curriculum implementation ability, different regions, different teaching age, different titles and different kinds of schools, showed significant difference between them;(3)the degree of different senior high school teachers there was no difference in aspects of curriculum implementation, the reason is that degree of teachers in high school uniform allocation proportion is not enough;(4) high school math teachers are some deviation in the understanding of curriculum(5) high school mathematics teacher’s curriculum design is unitary;(6) high school mathematics teacher’s information gathering and application ability is low;(7) high school mathematics teacher is singleevaluation and reflection.Enhance the capacity of high school mathematics teacher curriculum implementation strategies and approaches, including(1) deepening the understanding of the high school mathematics curriculum teachers;(2) encouraging teachers to optimize the teaching design;(3) strengthen between teachers, between teachers and students, teachers and social communication and cooperation;(4) diversity evaluation and reflection.In view of the current high school mathematics teachers’ curriculum implementation ability put forward the following Suggestions:(1) master degree of efforts to expand in the proportion of high school teachers;(2) to strengthen the training of new teachers.(3) on the fair allocation of education resources;(4)strengthen the consciousness of training teachers to explore.
