The students in tourism institutions had 761,114 in total in 2007, The higher technical and vocational education students of whom had 343,445 in number, in contrast with 2006, the total number of students had grown 13.2 percent. The development of tourism education has trained a lots of outstanding talents for the tourism industry, and promoted the development of tourism. However, with the development of higher technical and vocational tourism education, The quantity has rather than quality, and has a lot of problems in talents training, on the one hand, the talents is needed urgently, on the other hand ,the graduates has not found employment, the capacity-building between the supply and demand is lack seriously. Under circumstances, A appropriate training model is needed for the requirements of both sides.
