Study On Composition Of Transaction Costs Of The Order-orientated Training Mode Of Higher Vocational Education

The order-orientated training mode is one kind of new training pattern which is produced in the vocational-technical education in our country recent years, from the scientific theory it is also one kind of transaction, the higher vocational technical schools and the enterprise participates in order to obtain the respective benefit, but any transaction itself will also have the transaction costs, when the cooperation's transaction costs is too big to coverer the benefit, the enthusiasm of the higher vocational technical schools and the enterprise greatly will be knocked down.This article stands on transaction costs theory to analysis the cooperation's transaction costs of the order-orientated training mode through the in-depth interviews and combined with the questionnaire survey ,then discussion how the cooperation's transaction costs of the order-orientated training mode is produced, based on this ,the author propose measures that reduce the cooperation's transaction costs of the order-orientated training mode.Insititution is one of the basic approach to reduce the transaction costs . The survey found that in order to reduce transaction costs,both the higher vocational technical schools and enterprises show strong demand for insititution .In order to reduce the cooperation's transaction costs of the order-orientated training mode, the author believed that on the one hand, the relevant government departments should give external support system in the thinking of public opinion, investment, legal and policy, management system, and so on .on the other hand, the higher vocational technical schools and enterprises must speed up efforts in the organization, management system in areas such as internal support system.
