Research On Order-orientated Talent Cultivating Mode In Higher Vocational Colleges Of Jiangxi Province

Order-orientated talent cultivating mode is a kind of school-enterprisecooperation in higher vocational colleges, is vigorously promoting cooperation, animportant measure to deepen the reform of education and teaching. This mode canimprove teaching quality of higher vocational colleges, increase economic efficiencyof enterprises, solve the problem of student employment, and promote developmentof regional economy. Order-orientated talent cultivating mode has very importantpractical significance for higher vocational colleges, cooperative enterprises, studentsand regional economic.This paper mainly adopts case analysis method, in accordance with thequestions, analysis, problem-solving ideas, to provide a reference for order-orientatedtalent cultivating mode in higher vocational colleges of Jiangxi Province. Eventually，author forms an effective measure to solve the current problem.In this paper, the content is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background, the formation of currentresearch, propose how to carry out the important proposition about order-orientatedtalent cultivating mode in Jiangxi Province.The second chapter describes the order-orientated talent cultivating mode outlined,and grasps the concept of defining order-orientated talent cultivating mode, the maintypes and basic features.The third chapter introduces the order-orientated talent cultivating mode oftheoretical and practical basis for the proposal to examine the necessity oforder-orientated talent cultivating mode.The fourth chapter summarized order-orientated talent cultivating mode in highervocational colleges of Jiangxi Province from three angles: Jiangxi provincialgovernment, Jiangxi enterprises, Jiangxi vocational colleges.The fifth chapter takes Jiujiang Vocational and Technical College for case analysis,introduces the implementation of Jiujiang Vocational and Technical Collegeorder-orientated talent cultivating mode, Jiujiang Vocational and Technical College contributed useful experience and presence in analysis, and put forward specificproposals.The sixth chapter learns from the case on the basis of the main sufficientexperience and problems currently of Jiangxi order-orientated talent cultivating mode,proposes improve Measures about order-orientated talent cultivating mode in Jiangxivocational colleges from the perspective of Jiangxi provincial government, Jiangxienterprises, Jiangxi vocational colleges.The seventh chapter concludes the paper with insufficient research.
