Since the autumn of 2007, all senior high schools in Shanghai carried into "the second curriculum revolution". The NCEE followed the demands from "the second curriculum revolution". That means it adhere to the "ability-based conception" and focus on the times and practice. The NCEE also examine the life science disciplines and pay more attention to develop the innovative spirit and practical ability of the students. The content and requirements of NCEE has changed since the second curriculum revolution began, which requires the majority of senior school teachers to take the initiative seriously in-depth study and analysis.The description of NCEE, published by Shanghai Education and Examination Committee, includes the properties, goals, details, content, requirements and sample questions of the examination. It not only guide reviews, but also play a important role in macro-control. It is the critical core of teachers and students in reviews. To improve the efficiency of reviews and grasp the trend of the examination composing, we must catch the key words in the description of NCEE. We can enhance the effectiveness of the reviews by establishing the macro-awareness and basic learning system.Compare with the 2009's and 2008's, it is easy to find several difference in the description of NCEE. It tells us the instructions of the examination system and a comprehensive summary of the comparative analysis. Through the analysis, we can know the basic knowledge about the test. After assessing the life science examination papers of 2009, we understand integration of the curriculum revolution's idea and the papers. That's the solid foundation for the next stage's reviews in the future. Meanwhile, if someone only have the theoretical study that means these people will become an armchair strategist. The really scientific and efficient review strategies need to be tested and improved in practice. These strategies aim to train students meet the requirements of the NECC, then help them pass the examination. At the same time, teachers also need to consider the different ability in learning of the students as well as their own teaching ability level. It is also important to adjust and recompose the review strategies during the whole process. The ways I used in this thesis include content analysis, questionnaire, interview survey and education experimental method. I hope to find some useful review strategies for all the teachers and students who worked or learned for the NECC.
