Under the background of building a harmonious society in China, constructing a harmonious campus is further considered to be endued with the practical significance in education field, and consequently creating the model of harmonious classroom management will become an important task of constructing a harmonious campus. Establishing a new and harmonious relationship being mutual respect and support, between teachers and students, or between students and students, not only will impart an important affection on the development of teacher-student relationship, but also can enhance the effectiveness of classroom management, thereby contributing to the harmonious development of the school. For building the model of harmonious classroom management, the author's school was investigated (the students, the teachers and the actions of classroom management as the object). It was revealed following problems in the current classroom management: firstly, in the aspect of classroom atmosphere, the teachers are highly invested, but the students can not produce corresponding enthusiasm; secondly, at the completion of a certain specific classroom tasks, the teacher failed to adjust the pattern of a good classroom environment; the third, the efficiency of classroom teaching strategies needs to be improved. The reasons leading to these problems are ascribed to the following: (a) due to the relatively secondary level of the school self, there are always a number of new students with low activity; (b) different subjects determine different representations of the students and the teachers, leading to the different activities of individuals; (c) the differences in the aspect of the teachers' or the students' personalities, bring different results to the classroom management.Based on above investigation, the author considers that the most important is to make teachers and students to reach their own harmony "resonance" state, in order to improve the management efficiency. This dissertation primarily reports the validity of resonance theory applied in various elements of classroom management in high school, from the perspectives of the resonance theory, harmony and traditional classroom management. In addition, an initial model of "harmonious resonance management" in high school classroom management was conceived. This model can be divided into the following three steps: a. establishing an aim, which is the premise to induce the "resonance"; b. understanding the students to get every student's "vibration frequency"; c. strengthening teacher-student cooperation to achieve a positive "resonance" state. The dissertation consists of four parts as follow: the first part is the theoretical introduction, as the foundation for the later statement; the second part reflects the realities of classroom management in current high schools similar with the W school; the third part is the application of resonance theory in various aspects of the classroom management; the fourth part initially presents the basic forms or ways to form the "harmonious resonance management model".
