According to the national implementation of the comprehensive strengthen and improve the work of school aesthetic education ideas,combined with the author personally participate in the Beijing dance academy "development" to participate in the aesthetic education of primary and secondary schools teaching art colleges teaching experience of the project,dance aesthetic education in the classroom and in the project view and research,found that the present stage dance aesthetic education teaching exists,"heavy technology education",the phenomenon such as weak connectivity between arts curriculum;Classroom management bias of pragmatism,machinery to use foreign management theory,has not yet been established with the localization of Chinese dance aesthetic education classroom management concept.In order to solve this dilemma,the author of "advisors" project development present situation analysis,tried to in the Confucian management thinking under the guidance of the concept of "harmony without uniformity",construct the present elementary school dance aesthetic education classroom management concept.The study of the choice is not only a kind of introspection of the author in the dance aesthetic education teaching,but also to the whole primary school dance aesthetic education classroom management concept,the hope can make a small contribution to the development of aesthetic education to dance.
