Knowledge of elements and compounds is an important part of Chemistry Teaching in the middle school, is the basis of basic principle and theory of chemistry, and it is also the basis and starting point of scientific abstract. Knowledge of elements and compounds are easy to understand, hard to remember. The students find it difficult to remember the content of complex knowledge of elements and compounds。Therefore, the formulation and implementation of the teaching strategy of elements and compounds is of important significance to the elements and compounds teaching.Elements and compounds constitute the rich and colorful world. Knowledge of elements and compounds with people’s daily life, industrial and agricultural production, environmental protection, new materials, energy and so on are closely linked and widely used. And the knowledge of elements and compounds contained in the chemical history and a large number of experiments. Therefore, the knowledge of chemical elements is the best carrier of an implementation of the emotion attitude and values objectives. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, The chemical education will cultivate the students’ emotional attitude and values of a new height, the emotional attitude and the value of the target has become an important part of middle school chemistry education.This paper is an observation of the teaching strategies of element compounds, based on the implementation of the emotional attitude and values of the target. It will use the method of classroom observation, Classroom observation study was performed on 8 chemistry teachers of 2 middle schools in a certain area,To observe the implementation of element compound teaching strategies and the implementation of emotional attitude and values objectives. Using the method of literature survey, in the broad and detailed literature on the basis of analysis, I will refine and classify the contents of observation, is set to the observation point and design of observation scale of the classroom observation. Then I will analysis, inference and Reflections on classroom observations, in order to improve the teachers in teaching and student learning. By five months of classroom observation, I found the following problems in the implementation of the teaching strategy of elements and compounds:inquiry teaching is less;In the classroom, students to do the experiment number is less;Link prediction strategy is widely used;In the knowledge structure of strategy, the use of structured way is unbalanced. The implementation of emotion attitudes and values are ignored, and the lack of effective evaluation system.In this regard, the author puts forward some thinking:1. For teachers to create the teaching atmosphere of the implementation of the newcurriculum idea is the premise2. Strengthen basic research to provide an effective method for the implementation ofthe new curriculum concept for teachers is the key3. Strengthen the daily discussion can promote the exchange of experience betweenteachers. And it is the implementation of the new curriculum concept of security.
