In view of existing situation in teaching middle school students how to write Chinese essays that teachers neglect students' individual character and personality. Writer believes that teachers should encourage students to present their distinctive characters in the writing, thus it will improve students' writing ability, develop their character and creativity and form their sound personality as a final result. In the instruction of teaching writing in middle school, how to help students unfold and present their individualism, improve their writing ability is the focus of this thesis. Writer starts with the analysis of the present reality of teaching writing in middle school, following the summary of teaching experience of home and abroad, and make the researches of relevant concepts in the area of personalized writing, in order to frame the theory background for individualized teaching writing and offer some effective guiding strategies of the instructions of teaching writing.This thesis has four chapters, the first chapter is to analyze the reality of teaching individualized writing in the situation of current Middle School, and also analyze the reasons of character-loss in students" writing, writer also presents the importance of developing students' character in writing, the second chapter is to sum up the basic contents and major features of personalized writing in the subject of Chinese in Middle School from the angle of theory, the third chapter is to provide the theories and realities to support the instructions of teaching personalized writing in middle school, the last chapter is to offer teaching instructions and strategies in the practical cases of teaching personalized writing, to cultivate students' sound and independent personality, the ideas of individualized writing sequence and the formation of students' personalized writing style.
