Informatization has a great impact on educational mode in our country, The Ten Year ’ s Development Plan of the education informatization points out that it is important to foster students’ learning ability in information society. It is believed that the Computer Network course is a obligatory course to cultivate the ability.Firstly, from the essay, the author applies the advantages of Micro Curriculum fragmentation to The Computer Network course, and determines the instructional objectives of the Computer Network course by analyzing teaching objectives, teaching contents and teaching objects. Thirdly, the paper developed a computer network micro curriculum resources database, which was on the basis of instructional design and script design of micro curriculum resources of the Computer Network course.The paper applies the community model to the micro curriculum resources of computer network to solve problems of less content and single model of model course learning platform, etc. It combines the network community sharing mechanism with the computer network micro course learning platform and constructs the learning platform model of micro course resources in the computer network course from community culture,excitation mechanism, management mode,and computer technology, The paper finally designs and realizes user management, micro lesson resources,community learning, group learning and question&answer learning five major functions.Finally, the research finds the design and development of micro lesson resources in the Computer Network course by implementing the Computer Network Micro Course Resources, and it can improve the teaching teaching efficiency of the courses, at the same time, it also provides a new way of thinking for cultivation of students ’ the Computer Network courses and provides a new way of thinking for cultivation of students’ the Computer Network course learning ability in the information environment and construction of micro teaching platform.
