With the development of information technology, making the online learning which is special and different from the traditional way of new learning spring up gradually. At the same time, there have been many problems, such as Learning effect cannot be guaranteed. Feedback is an important factor in online learning, which could stimulate learner motivation, regulate the learners learning state. To use the E-learning feedback correctly, there has the guiding effect on improve learner behavior, optimize network learning process and improve network learning. Therefore, Feedback is one of the important themes in the E-learning research field, In-depth study to make it become more systematic.Consider reviving on the research literature in the CNKI database, analyzed and sorted out the research achievement which is related to the learning feedback. Author make a summary of the two feedback factors, which are influent the learning effect in the traditional environment, the factors are feedback contents and feedback timing. Author found that feedback Research results Is very rich In the traditional learning, and summarize the relationship between the feedback content、opportunity and learning effect. On this basis, author establish two dimensions of the impact of network learning: precise degree of feedback and feedback opportunity。Author used LAMS platform design multipath network learning activities, in a real network environment,study object is the students who are in Liaoning Normal university, and the experimental material is the Public Course called《Modern Educational Technology》,through the experiment research method to explore the relationship between network learning feedback and the e-learning effect.In this study, the author adds in ability and self-efficacy and other personal factors for design, confirmed that online learning feedback and individual factors produce the learning outcomes mutually. Data analysis showed that: precise degree of feedback has a significant positive impact on the network learning; precise degree of Feedback plays a significant role in promoting self-efficacy; feedback opportunity to network learners learning effect has no significant impact; when the ability and timing of feedback to work together,will have different learning effects on learners. Finally, the author sorted and analyzed the experimental data, in terms of the relationship between on-line learning precision degree of feedback、feedback the timing and on-line learning effect, and put forward relevant strategies and suggestions, In order to contribute on improving the effect of learners’ network learning.
