The teacher leadership is a kind of comprehensive influence which a teacher self-motivates influences students and other colleagues through knowledge, ability, emotion such as non-power factors and the interaction of professional authority in the school organization. In recent years, the concept of teacher leadership has become a research hotspot of American and Canadian primary and secondary schools management research.The teacher leadership made by the teacher subject is the good complement to the school masters by the way of mechanism of distributed leadership and parallel leadership on all aspects of schools. The stimulation of teacher leadership is useful to give full play to the initiative, promoting active participation in teacher education and teaching, which is significant to deepen educational reform and promote teacher growth..The thesis used a way of investigation and individual interview, based on the literature of teacher leadership home and abroad, questioned on WS secondary school in Shanghai as a subject of investigation and study on the status of teachers leadership conduct, to find the problems and the causes. On this basis, the thesis seeks to find a survival mechanism and way to teacher mechanism, as a result for providing a new path for teachers'professional development.I hope that this thesis could improve the theory of teachers'professional development, enrich the theory of school organization and stretch the leadership of school, and then help to enhance the quality of all teachers and their internal driving forces, to promote the sound development of school and all-around performance of students. |
