The Three-dimensional Kinematic Mechanism Research Of Qianfu Poor And Poor Shot Of China's Excellent Men's Shot Put Athletes

As competitive sports, Shot movement is a set of movement which combine speed, strength, power and coordination capabilities in one. It is also a re-equipment of the power of throwing events. The sample of this study are the 7 of the top 8 athletes who used the was Back Gliding Technology in the2008 national track and field championship. Their technology represents current China's outstanding shot put athletes' technical features basically. Therefore, the studies which from the perspective of three-dimensional kinematics of the shot put technique necessary and practical indeed. Based on the current researches on China's high-level athletes in the perspective of three-dimensional kinematics, by using scientific methods and means, this paper collected the real images of our best shot put athletes in the compation, and then all the available films will be quantitatively analysized by the motion analysis system. Finally comes to kinematic parameters of main specific technical indicators of part excellent shot athletes. Then focusing from relationships and affections in system theory to analysize the kinematic meanings of qianfu poor and shot poor, as well as their affective meaning to the overall technology. Thus this can reveal the technical characteristics of our athletes, in the course of the study to diagnose the technical status and characteristics of our athletes. Then try to discover the existing technical issues and timely feedback to coaches and athletes so that the coaches can use them to increase the level of training and improve the athlete's sports skills. Ultimately achieve the purpose of improving race performance and promote the continuous development of shot movement.Main methods:1, documents and materials.2, close-set Three-dimensional camera measurement.3, the expert interviews.4, three-dimensional kinematic analysis.5, mathematical statistics.The results show that:1, Back Sliding Shot technology is a whole dynamic process, under the condition of that within reasonable limits, and do not violate the rules of the game rhythm and movement of the circumstances, the increasing of bend forward difference and the shot shot differential will be heplful to enlarge the force distance, and thus improve the shot put shot speed, so as to enhance athletic performance.2, There is a high negative correlation among shot height, the right hip angle, knee angle and bend forward, which indicates that the first three factors are important indicatosr which affects bend forward so much. Some Chinese athletes, the pre-pendulum swinging leg range of motion is not enough after tuck.3, Bend forward difference is an important factor for athletes to run a distance away from the body center of gravity during the sliding phase. China's athletescontrol better in the sliding stage of "person-the ball" system as an overall. In the sliding phase, there is a large difference between the speed of shot and the speed of the center of body weight.4, In the transition phase, China's athletes right hip turn positively after their left foot touch the ground. But some athletes, the speed of shot and the speed of the center of body weight decreases in a certain extent, which affects the overall speed of movement rhythm at this stage.5, shot poor, shot speed and race results shows a significant positive correlation; shot poor and the high of shot shows a significant negative correlation; while shot poor and the shot angle shows a weak negative correlation.6, In final stage, China's athletes'distance of shot operation force is relatively too small, the flying distance of shot put and physical center of gravity are affected by the pushing height and pushing angel, they show a weak positive correlation. Shot poor and the score shows a significant positive correlation.
