As an important base for training high quality personnel, universitys take great historical mission. The university teachers carry dual responsibility of teaching and scientific research; they are important group to developing top talent and promoting social progress. Performance evaluation of university teachers is related to the enthusiasm of teachers and the quality of personnel training, it is an important issue in university management activities, and also it is a difficult problem. Our university teachers' performance evaluation system also exist many disharmony elements, which dampened the enthusiasm of teachers, and they are not conducive to the healthy development of universities. Recently, people arouse attention to performance evaluation of university teachers, and explore the theory and practice study of performance evaluation of university teachers.This paper basese on the current era grasps related studies front of domestic and foreign starts the systematic research around the main line of performance evaluation system of university teachers in harmony.First, this paper bases a comprehensive, in-depth analysis of research status and the related theory, from the "HeXie" perspective, from six aspects, that include evaluation concept, evaluate nature, evaluation environment, evaluation purposes, evaluation process and evaluation power, describs harmony content of performance evaluation system of university teachesr , highlights harmonys meaning, it not only pay a attention to teachers' comprehensive and sustainable development and university management scientifically, more emphases on the organic integration between universities' overall development and personal development of teachers.Second, this paper takes universities in Jiangsu province as example, combines with expert interviews and other methods, through field research, analyses status of implementation of performance evaluation university teachers in Jiangsu province, finds the factors of disharmony, explores deep-seated reasons that affect university teachers' performance evaluation system in harmony.Third, under the definition of "HeXie"in "HeXie management", this paper proposes the hamony performance evaluation system of university teachers made by the constitution harmony, organization harmony, internal environment harmony, external environment harmony and mechanism of actively adaptation. Designing the evaluation index system for performance evaluation system of university teachers in harmony and uses the DHGF algorithm exploredly to construct the evaluation model for performance evaluation system of university teachers in harmony. And this paper proposes some corresponding Countermeasures and suggestions.Fourth, chooses a representative university in Jiangsu and conducts an empirical study. Empirical results show that the construction of the evaluation index system and evaluation model of performance evaluation system of university teachers in harmony are reasonable and effective.This research will further enrich and develop the relevant theories of performance evaluation of university teachers. Meanwhile, it has practical guidance value for government formulating relevant policy scientifically, and for universities carrying out performance evaluation work better.
