One of the important problems which high schools are facing nowadays is how to implement the talent-concerned strategy and accelerate the culture of high-quality teachers with the developing of schools training. Nevertheless, how to work well with the fast and effective evaluation to the introduced talent in every field and the schoolteachers affect schools' and teachers' personal development.Teacher evaluation and research in evaluation system is not only a theoretical and practical task but also a challenging topic. After inheriting, analyzing and developing other scholars' principles about teacher evaluation, evaluation systems and evaluation methods, evaluation system, comprehensive evaluation system and so on .All in all, main achievements have been gained as follows:Establish the evaluation mode for high-school professors in three steps;Establish the comprehensive evaluation system and weight system for high-school professors.Teaching and scientific research are mutually promotive and complement at each other. The scientific research ability and level of the teachers reflect the overall level of a university. It is extremely important to have a comprehensive evaluation of both teaching and scientific research in the assessment of teachers. The initiative of teachers teaching and scientific research will be encouraged and brought into full play, and the improvement of teaching continent and the training of talents will be speeded up.
