The Study On Teachers' Performance Evaluation System In The University

The national hope lies in the education, the key of education lies in the teachers. The university teacher troop's condition is the most decisive factor to weigh a university's level , the high quality teacher troop is the important safeguard for realizing the university's own benignity development and fulfilling university's function .How to construct a high quality teacher troop is an eternal subject during the university developing process and the university management, is the basis and the core of university personnel management work, and is also the university personnel department's important topic. The key whether the university could construct a high quality teacher troop lies in whether it could establish an effective teachers'performance evaluation system and carry it out openly ,fairly, and effectively or not. With the combination of other scholars'principles of evaluation to university teachers ,the system of performance evaluation and evaluation methods ,after inheriting, analyzing and developing of them, the writer probes into the characteristic of teachers'performance evaluation, evaluation methods, evaluation index system, comprehensive evaluation system and so on. All in all, the main achievements have been gained as follows:Firstly, establish the evaluation index system by analyzing the characters of high school teacher performance and including the scholars'production.Secondly, obtain the weight of every index of the system by using AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process), then establish the weight system.Thirdly, evaluate the ordinary university teachers'performance by using fuzzy appraisal.
