The Study On The Moral Personality Of Contemporary Female Undergraduates

With the progress of social,people pay widespread attention to feminine problems. As a knowledge community of females, the ideological and moral situation of female undergraduates is related to the future of the nation. Many phenomena indicate, the contemporary female undergraduate's value orientation, mental state and way of life is greatly affected by the impact of multiple factors, such as the times, the family, schools etc. It not only reflects the characteristics of the overall positive, also has many ideological and moral issues, affecting the healthy growth of female undergraduate. So, the research on the moral personality of contemporary female undergraduate is having very important significance.The paper starts with the basic concept of moral personality, analyzes the present situation of moral personality of contemporary female undergraduate, points out that the problems of moral personality of contemporary female undergraduate, which mainly display as follows: emphasis on the interests and light of faith; emphasis on self and light of collective; emphasis on appearance and light of reflection; emphasis on virtual and light of reality, and conducts attributed to the problems of moral personality of female university students. Then put forward the basic ways of cultivating healthy and moral personality of contemporary female undergraduate from four aspects: First, develop family moral education through establishing the harmonious and stable family environment. Second, innovate university moral education from the educational content, educational methods and educational environment three aspects. Third, strengthen social moral education through the correct guidance of public opinion, the good social environment, the community moral education activity. Fourth, promote the practice of moral education, which needs importance of colleges and universities, the good social environment and concerned sectors of society to cooperate each other.The study made in the paper, conducive to the relevant departments pay attention to and support the problems of female undergraduate'education and training, has a certain referential significance to college moral education.
