Since the new curriculum reform, communication of educational evaluation theory so that the educators pay more and more attention to teaching evaluation. Update of teaching evaluation expands the vision of educators and vivify the educators'thinking, so we began to re-examine teaching evaluation. What is the current situation of writing comment as a part of evaluation of language teaching writing in the end?This research adopts a questionnaire survey and case analysis, surveys the 9 primary schools in the urban area of Xuzhou City, designs teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire, the investigation is devised into two parts:a basic understanding of the comment, the basic situation of comments writing. At the same time, we analysis the correcting compositions, to show the current status of primary school writing comment.This article is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the cause of the problem in this research, analyses the status of domestic and international research regarding of the area; The second part discusses of the significance of primary school written comment, including writing comment of content, features and functions; The third part of the psychological factors and processes of primary composition, then defines the principles of writing comment; The forth reveals the current status of primary school writing comment, analysis's the cause of these issues; The fifth part introduces the idea of "humanness" and "diversity", "developmental" used as the idea of writing comment improvement and puts forward several strategies for it.
