Children's language acquisition is a milestone in the early childhood development, language acquisition has a very important influence on the children's comprehensive physical and mental development. Only children have a certain quality of language to express ideas, absorb knowledge, talk about the overall development in the future. The period of childhood is the critical period of children's language development, language education in this period plays an important impact on the development of human life. Kindergarten is the major environment for language education, the current situation of language curriculum's implementation is directly related to the effect of early childhood's language education. This paper studies language curriculum from the perspective of curriculum implementation, specifically analyses the decision of language curriculum'objective, content selection of language curriculum, approaches and methods of language curriculum's implementation, language curriculum's evaluation, and what factors affect language curriculum's implementation,then proposes some suggestion.This study adopts a case study, the researching methods in the paper include interview, observation, literature, through surveys, research and analysis, this study obtains following conclusions:First of all, as far as language curriculum objectives is concerned, objective setting is apart from childhood development characteristics, kindergarten education targets, the needs of society, also the curriculum's content and parents'requirement; language curriculum's objective structure includes hierarchy structure and classification structure, but pays more attention to the read and write target, ignores the listening objective; ignores the emotion and attitude target in language curriculum objective's content. Secondly, the choice of language curriculum's content according to the objectives of language curriculum, child development characteristics, activities of different areas, but there is the tendency to take materials as content; specific curriculum content includes special language content and osmotic language content, they seldom use Putonghua, reading activities and literature appreciation activities are more,the content is partial to "wisdom." Thirdly, curriculum implementation. Most teachers hold faithful orientation and mutual debugging orientation; the approach to carry out language curriculum is mainly the teaching activities, daily life activities, game activities, reading activities and literacy activities are more than conversation activities and hearing-speaking game activities in language teaching activities, and some teachers only walk the process or pursue the diversification of activities'form; in the methods of curriculum implementation, explanation law and training law is more than demonstration-imitation law, play method and performing law. Finally, at the aspect of curriculum evaluation, the kindergarten pays more attention to language knowledge and language skill than emotion-attitude target in children evaluation. Neglects curriculum target and environment creation but·emphasizes curriculum's content and teaching process in curriculum evaluation. Teacher evaluation mainly includes teachers'quality and ability and teachers'talk and behavior. The evaluation system of language curriculum is not formative, it is superficial and arbitrary. The evaluation methods are free expression method and observational evaluation method, no quantitative evaluation.There are three main factors which affect the implementation of kindergarten's language curriculum. First, the language curriculum's emphasis, clarity, usefulness. Second, the participation in decision-making of language curriculum, the disbursement in language curriculum, the understanding and belief in language curriculum, the identity for language curriculum of kindergarten teachers'all affect the implementation of language curriculum; also the leadership style of the Nursery School Principal is one of the factors; whether kindergarten provides support and training for teachers or not is a determining factor; nursery culture, especially the culture of teachers in kindergarten will be implemented. Third, parents have a major impact on the implementation of language curriculum; the education sector's guidance and support is also essential.This study proposes some measures for how to improve language curriculum's implementation:teachers must to effectively improve the level of curriculum's implementation, than kindergarten can enhance the support and training of teachers, search supports from parents and the education sector.
