The implementation of the kindergarten curriculum is an important starting point for the improvement of kindergarten education,and is of great significance for the development of young children and the improvement of the quality of kindergarten education.As curriculum reform is widely recognized,research on the construction of kindergarten curriculum and the implementation of kindergarten curriculum is increasing,and the importance of kindergarten curriculum construction is generally recognized.However,in terms of curriculum construction,different kindergartens-have different levels of curriculum construction.Therefore,this study attempts to take Xi'an as an example to study the current situation of kindergarten curriculum construction and implementation.This article mainly uses the literature method,questionnaire method,interview method,etc.to investigate the current situation of the curriculum construction and implementation of 10 kindergartens in Xi'an.The status quo of kindergarten curriculum construction mainly analyzes and studies from the four aspects of the necessity of kindergarten curriculum construction,the main body of curriculum construction,the way of curriculum construction,and the management of curriculum construction;the current status of the implementation of kindergarten curriculum includes curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum organization,Four aspects of curriculum evaluation are analyzed and researched.The survey found that the main problems of kindergarten in curriculum construction and implementation are:first,kindergartens generally attach importance to curriculum concepts,but curriculum construction is assimilated seriously,lacking practicality;second,the basis for curriculum objectives is monotonous,lacking Children's attention;third,the curriculum content excessively complies with the teaching materials,and the awareness of creation is insufficient;fourth,the implementation of the curriculum evaluation is poor.The main factors affecting the construction and implementation of the kindergarten curriculum are:first,although the education administration department attaches great importance to the curriculum construction,it too pursues short-term effects;second,the kindergarten management does not provide suitable soil for the construction of the curriculum system;third,early childhood teachers Professional literacy varies.In view of the above problems,this study summarizes the beneficial experience of the kindergarten in the course implementation process and proposes improvement strategies based on the problems presented in this process.Externally,the relevant departments in charge of education should be strengthened in management,increased investment in finance,and provide corresponding support in technology;internally,the kindergarten itself should strengthen the management structure and optimize the kindergarten Curriculum evaluation mechanism;enhance the capacity of early childhood teachers in curriculum construction and implementation,strengthen the construction of kindergarten teachers;actively use parents and community resources for curriculum construction.It is hoped that the research carried out in this article will provide a useful reference for the construction of the kindergarten curriculum in Xi'an.
