Higher Education of the adult is an important part in the higher educational system. It is the most important power in the lifelong education. As the popularization of higher education in our country and formation of lifelong education and the conception of studying-styled society, the adults' higher education begins to shoulder a more important mission. However, as the slide of the quality of the education, their results of learning are not so good, which caused the diploma were not admitted then influenced the credit of the adults'education. Under the rapid industrialization and urbanization and the construction of learning-styled society and socialistic new village, the adults' higher education is facing challenges. The scope, development level and the benefit of adults'higher education still require a further push. Thus, we must build up an effective quality assessment system to check the learning of the students and assess all the aspects of the students'learning. In this way, we can get a feedback on the effect of learning and enhance the quality of learning.This thesis constructed a set of applicable assessment system for adults'higher quality, under the order of analysis, focus on some problems, search of the reasons, resolutions, and system construction; through, bibliography analysis, classification, comparation, deep interview, investigation and diagrams.This thesis includes the following four parts:The first part:Introduction, include chapter one and chapter two. It explains the research background, highlights the importance of searching and introduces the main conceptions and methods of research.The second part:Investigation, include chapter three. It investigated the actuality of adults' higher education assessment, taking Further Education College and Internet Education College as a case. The third part:To find reasons for the problems found through investigation, include chapter four. The author would try to find the reasons for the problems nowadays and analyze them in combination of the writers'investigation and interview from the main body, content, method, supervise of the assessment.The forth part:To put forward the resolution, include chapter five. According to the problems of the assessment systems, in combination with the experiences from other countries, the author puts forward a resolution from assessment construction theory and principles, and from the main body, content, method, process, conception and influence of the assessment. From society, school and students themselves, the three main bodies of assessment and the performance of the students:the handling of the knowledge, the enhancement of application ability, the formation of learning strategy and the cultivation of humanistic quality; the thesis constructed applicable and multivariate assessment system.
