Research On The Industrial Technology Research Institute In University Based On Industry-Academic Collaboration

Since the Chinese economic reform, China has achieved some success in economic growth and technological innovation. However, China's overall R&D input and business R&D capability is not better enough. Because of the lack of core technology and intellectual property rights, the further development of the economy has been restricted. As the main body of R&D and innovation, Colleges and Universities play an important role in promoting technological progress and social development. Therefore, we should seek the cooperation between state, enterprises, and universities, and promote scientific research achievements translating into practical productive forces, in order to accelerate the pace of technological innovation and high-tech industry, exploring a road suitable for China's national conditions, which science and technology integrate deeply with economy.The thesis regards the china's weak capacity of independent innovation and the status of inefficient production as the springboard. Based on the background research of innovation theory and the theory of three screw theory the study, it analyze the existing problems and the typical patterns of the cooperation between production and research, and then, put forward a basic idea about the cooperation between production, learning and research in our county. Subsequently, the article started on the domestic and foreign-related case studies, drawing on its successful experience; believe that we should establish the Industrial Technology Research Institute of University, in order to solve the problem of low efficiency in production and research pertinently. Finally, based on the definitude of the function and location of the Industrial Technology Research Institute of University, the thesis make a design and analysis focusing on its structure and operation mechanism, on purpose to promote cooperation between government, enterprises, universities and research institutions, and enhance the research and innovation capacity of universities and enterprises ultimately to achieve the advance of national self-innovation capability and overall national strength.
