Research On Mechanism And Game Model Of University-Enterprise Technology Transfer Toward Enterprise Technological Innovation

Under the background of the integration of the world economy, the enterprise as the main body of market will face the increasingly fierce global competition. Therefore, for the enterprise, it is necessary to enhance the comprehensive strength and the market competitiveness. And the development of enterprise is also closely related to its innovation ability, only through continuous innovation can make the enterprise keep vitality that always walk in front of the industry so as to secure a foothold in the market. So how to improve comprehensive strength through its independent innovation is a problem that must be faced by the enterprise. For most companies, however, due to their own conditions and the size limit can’t carry out independent innovation, so seek external scientific and technological(S&T) cooperation is particularly important. At the same time, the university as an important place for knowledge creation and technological development, it possesses strong scientific research strength, and the accumulation of a large number of S&T achievements untransformed. So it is an important way for enterprise to obtain external S&T achievements and improving their technological innovation ability through developing technology transfer cooperation between universities and enterprises, and it is also regarded as the strategic step of regional economic development. So, how to carry out the cooperation between university and enterprise technology transfer and how to improve the performance of technology transfer, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the technological innovation ability of enterprise, is a problem that needs to be solved, and also the main research content of this paper. At the same time, the research on university-enterprise technology transfer toward enterprise technological innovation has theoretical and practical significance for the supplement of technology transfer and technological innovation theory.In this paper, based on the domestic and foreign related research results, there’s comprehensive use of questionnaire survey, case analysis and other quantitative research methods, such as dynamic and game theory so on. Based on the research object of improving enterprise technological innovation ability and focus on technology transfer between university and enterprise, there construct the regional triple helix model of university-industry-government relations which meets Chinese national conditions. There introduce the mechanism of university-enterprise technology transfer and revealing the influence factors of the performance of university-enterprise technology transfer. There based on the introduction of technology transfer dynamics model to explore the relationship between trust level and technology transfer level, then constructing game model and evolutionary game model of university-enterprise technology transfer, and explores the technology transfer mechanism from the economics perspective. The paper mainly commences from the following points and draws conclusions as follows:First of all, according to the triple helix theory based on Chinese national conditions, there explore and research the practice and application of the regional triple helix model of university-industry-government relations, i.e., S&T collaboration platform for enterprises and higher education institutions in Wenzhou. Based on the actual investigation, the operating mechanism of the cooperation platform is analyzed, in contrast to other three technology transfer forms platform’s advantages and characteristics are revealed. And based on the actual situation of the platform, four platform’s cooperation models are introduced. From respective perspective of university and enterprise, the specific situation of the cooperation obstacle and the communication mechanism between university and enterprise are both analyzed.Secondly, based on the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the performance of university-enterprise technology transfer, the paper selects four aspects including technical characteristics, university characteristics, enterprise characteristics and organizational context to analyze factors affecting the technology transfer. And the relationship between technology transfer performance and enterprise’s technological innovation performance is analyzed. Based on the above analysis, the paper constructs the conceptual model and mechanism model of university-enterprise technology transfer toward enterprise technological innovation, and puts forward the relevant research hypotheses.Thirdly, on the basis of theoretical analysis, combined with the research direction of this research, we designed the questionnaire and made an in-depth investigation, and then the research model was tested. Results show that technology tacitness, technology complexity, technology uncertainty and technological distance between university and enterprise has negative impact on the performance of university-enterprise technology transfer. University’s technical capacity and transfer willingness, enterprise’s transfer experience, and university-enterprise trust relationship, technological distance has positive impact on the performance of university-enterprise technology transfer. And the absorptive capacity of the enterprise has no significant effect on the performance of technology transfer. And there is a positive relationship between the performance of the technology transfer and the performance of enterprise technological innovation.Fourthly, based on the empirical analysis of structural equation model and the dynamics model theory, there construct dynamic model of university-enterprise technology transfer toward enterprise technological innovation and related dynamic model with time-delay. According to the model analysis, the phase diagram is drawn and the actual definition of the three regions about university-enterprise technology transfer cooperation situation is given, that is, technology transfer cooperation region, technology transfer unrest region and cooperation collapse region. And through the analysis, the relevant strategies are generated to promote the technology transfer cooperation between university and enterprise. Through the analysis of the Hopf bifurcation and stability of the equilibrium point of the dynamic model with time-delay, the relationship between the trust level and the technology transfer level is further analyzed.Finally, based on the perspective of economic research, the game model of university- enterprise technology transfer cooperation is constructed, and the influence of the related factors on technology transfer mode and the selection of cooperative object are analyzed. Based on the mixed income distribution pattern, the income distribution model of the university-enterprise technology transfer cooperation is established, and the influence of the factors such as the degree of effort and the working contribution on the income distribution of technology transfer cooperation is also revealed. Under the reasonable assumption, the evolution game model of the universityenterprise technology transfer cooperation is established and the meaning of relevant parameters value is also analyzed.
